Cost and duration
As we advance in your goals, consultations will be shortened to 50 minutes and can be done every 2 weeks, every month, and even every 2 months. Once we reach your goals, I would like to be able to monitor the maintenance of your habits at least every 6 months.
First consultation: 60 minutes - $600 MXN / €30 EUR
Consecutive consultations: 50 minutes - $500 / €25 EUR
In our first consultation, I need to get to know you as well as possible, and for you to have a comfortable space for us to talk and resolve all your concerns, therefore, I consider that 1 hour and 20 minutes is necessary.
