SUSTAINABLE NUTRITION

I am passionate about nutrition research to understand the effects that foods have on our body, gut microbiota, and the environment. Above all, I am interested in understanding why people eat what we eat and how to modify our eating habits sustainably. Therefore, I firmly believe that if science is not applied to help the population, it is meaningless.
My goal is to disseminate the research I have carried out and offer individualized nutritional consulting from the perspective of Sustainable Nutrition, understanding it as a whole and from a perspective that goes beyond health, but also considering the environment, the culture of people, their economy, and above all their physical and mental well-being.
Additionally, my sustainability training allows me to offer consulting services to agricultural and food companies that wish to quantify their environmental impact. In addition, I can offer them help in improving their production systems, working together to design environmental impact labels, and obtaining international sustainability certifications.

Sustainable Psycho Nutrition
For me, nutrition should be seen as a whole because eating incorporates elements that go beyond health, for example, your economy, the culture you come from, and the environmental impact that the production of the food you consume generates. Furthermore, eating is a psychological act, a behavior that must be understood in order to be improved.
